“ I had the chance to go through various articles in the Autumn Issue this afternoon and found there was a variety of different articles which I found very interesting. The advertising pages were not over the top with the right mix of articles and advertising. Some magazines are full of advertising before you get to the first story. Turns me right off. As for extra stories, and as I am only a new client, I would like to see more emphasis on Property Management as this is the backbone of most real estate offices
Management staff are truly a unique type of person, as they have to do a whole range of jobs, such as:
- Juggle trades people to attend work orders
- Contempt landlords at all times
- Deal with complaining tenants
- Tenancy Tribunals
- Leasing of vacant properties
And many other aspects of the real estate industry. I feel not enough credit go out to these hard working staff members. I have always said that any new member coming into the real estate industry should no doubt start their career in Property Management as it sets them up for to run their own business in the future. You cannot start the industry from sales because you need to know how management works.
